The vision

A place to be heard and supported.

Emotional and family difficulties are too often carried in silence. Cost, stigma and uncertainty about where to turn can delay support. MSMMI aims to create a confidential, welcoming pathway to qualified counselling, family support and appropriate professional referrals, with respect for faith and cultural realities.

Professional care, compassion and faith consciousness can work together.
Proposed support

For different seasons of life.

Marriage & relationships

Premarital preparation, communication and support through marital challenges.

Individual wellbeing

Space to address emotional distress, life changes and personal challenges.

Family & parenting

Support for parents and families navigating conflict and changing responsibilities.

Grief & transition

Support following bereavement, separation, divorce and other major changes.

Virtual access

Planned remote counselling to reach people beyond the physical centre.

Appropriate referrals

Connection to specialist mental-health, medical, legal or safeguarding support where needed.

The centre is proposed and is not yet presented as an operating facility. It will be non-residential.

What support will fund

Two connected parts. One purpose.

₦10m

The Tranquil Haven Centre

Funding for a non-residential space with private counselling rooms, a reception and resource area, virtual counselling facilities, equipment and initial professional and operational support.

₦2m

The Tranquil Haven Conversations

Funding for the first season of a public-education and awareness programme, produced with Enarrate Media & Entertainment. It will address relationships, grief, emotional wellbeing, parenting and the value of seeking help early.

A sustainable path

Access today. Support for the future.

The project plans to combine affordable professional services, partner support and community giving. As resources permit, contributions can help subsidise counselling for vulnerable beneficiaries.

  • Support the centre’s setup and initial operation.
  • Sponsor counselling access for someone who cannot afford it.
  • Fund the first season of The Tranquil Haven Conversations.
  • Partner on ongoing family wellbeing and public education.

Zakat, where appropriate, would be considered for eligible needy beneficiaries’ support; it is not unrestricted centre funding.
